How does it work?
It's easy as 1 - 2 - 3

1. Find photos you want - search by keyword or browse categories - then click on them to see the details
2. Click the "add to cart" button next to the size you need
3. Checkout when you are ready to pay by Paypal or credit card

After paying you can immediately download your photos and start using them in projects according to the terms of the royalty-free license.

What does "Royalty-Free license" mean?
The Royalty-Free copyright license means you can download an image once and use it in several personal or professional projects without having to buy additional rights, or pay further royalties to the artist. Here are some examples of allowed use of our photos under the standard license agreement:

Professional use:

• Advertising/promotion
• Press
• Illustration (Web site, blog, magazine, company brochure)
• Multimedia presentation, printed presentation or report
• Decoration

Personal use:

• Decoration
• Illustration of personal site or blog
• Screen saver
• School projects or presentations

What kind of image use is not allowed?
You cannot resell images, prints or reproductions, original or modified. This is a violation to the photographer copyright and is illegal. Violators will be prosecuted.

I want to use your images for my designs on "print on demand" websites (selling t-shirts, mugs, business cards, calendars and such). Is this covered by your Royalty Free license?
This depends on your sales volume. Our regular Royalty Free license includes low volume commercial use, which means you can sell up to 2,000 items with that particular image. If your sales exceed 2,000 items you are required to purchase our Enhanced license for the photo (see section 14 of the license). Please note that low volume commercial use applies only to the photos purchased through elenaphoto.com.

What format are the photos in?
All photos on this site are in JPG format.

What payment methods do you take?
Payments are made via Paypal but a Paypal account is not required. You can choose to pay directly by credit card during the checkout process at Paypal.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund.

Can I submit photos to sell?
No. At this time ElenaPhoto.com offers only a collection of images by Elena Elisseeva.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be created by your friends and colleagues.
